Job Description :

Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office, ensuring smooth operationsMaintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairsManage office supplies/inventory (stationery and equipment) and place orders as necessaryRecord office expenditures and manage the budgetWelcomes visitors by greeting them – in person or over the phone – answering or referring inquiries, delivering messages, faxes and lettersMonitor visitor access and maintain security awarenessMaintain good communication with all staff members and all visitors to the siteReceive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mailGenerally liaise with all third parties, like IT, internet providers, etc.Assist with office layout planning and office movesIdentify opportunities for office management improvements, and implement new systemsProvide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any field 1-3 years of work experience in an administrative/office management roleStrong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritiseMust have exceptional attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust be proficient with Microsoft OfficeFluency in English is a MUST
