Job Description
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning and reminding appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
• Professional in HR document control systems.
• Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external parties.
• Undertake the tasks of receiving and screening calls to managers, take messages and redirect calls when appropriate.
• Handle managers requests, tasks and queries appropriately
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
• Make travel arrangements
• Take notes, minutes of meeting and accurately enter and secure data.
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
• Maintain electronic and paper records and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system to ensure information is organized and easily accessible
