Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support:-
  • Act as the GM’s first point of contact with all inside & outside parties.
  • Welcome guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • Respond to all inquiries, correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Well Maintain GM’s appointments agenda by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
  • Attend meetings with GM & record (Take) minutes of meetings.
  • Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals.
  • Manage and coordinate travel for both business and personal arrangements.
  1. Representing the GM: –
  • Follow up with the manager/ departments’ heads on important tasks and deadlines requested by GM.
  • Attend meetings in GM’s absence; and may speak in favor of him.
  1. Reporting & Documentation:-
  • Collect & analyze data to prepare required reports, presentations, etc. 
  • Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports as requested.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive filing system.
  • Comply with data protection legislation, manage company files (both electronic and hard copy) including archiving or disposal of documents when appropriate.

Skills:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • BS of Business Administration / or equivalent
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent user of MS office applications
