Job Description
· Overseeing general office operation.
· Attending Calls, receiving Guest/Visitors Preparing/Drafting Correspondences and Memos Handling/Consolidating High-Level Reports and Presentation Coordinating appointments & meetings, managing calendars & schedules.
· Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
· Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
· Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching other office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
· Other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in administration, or any related field.
· 2-3 years of experiences.
· Saudi Nationality.
· Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role in administration
· Dynamic and multitasking.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Very good level of spoken and written English
