Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office, receive visitors, answer phones, make calls, and maintain order
  • Keep track of employees’ check-ins and checkouts
  • Manage the office’s WIFI and recharge accounts
  • Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies
  • Make sure bills are paid and recorded
  • Handle basic accounting and finance tasks
  • Conduct online work such as research, social media, and web property management
  • Manage services & products, send messages, respond to inquiries, and write documents
  • Handle copying & printing, maintain the filing system
  • Assist in office management and miscellaneous tasks
  • Manage documents, appointments, schedules, send reminders, etc.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9-5
