Job Description :

Work under the general supervision of the Office Support Assistant Manager and in close coordination with other Assistants in the team.Operate the Bank machines, such as photocopiers, paper shredding machines, and scanners.Report any technical problem with the equipment (photocopiers, paper shredding machines, and fax machines) to the Office supervisor immediately.Coordinate with Secretariat Department on preparing different printings, gifts and boardroom preparations for the board meetings.Receive and fulfill all the Bank staff requests, including sending or receiving files and documents, and make sure they are delivered properly and to the right person.Receive external correspondence from the reception desk and deliver it to the staff.Provide other property management support as may be requested.Guide Office Assistants in the usage of computerized equipment (i.e. photocopiers, paper shredding machines, and scanners, etc.). Assists in the training, supervision, and assignment of junior Office Assistants 

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree.From 1 to 3 years of experience.Knowledge of office and management techniques. Knowledge of customer service methods and concepts. Good command of English language (both written and spoken) as the candidate will communicate directly with the bank staff including the foreigner staff.Excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
