Deliver end-user training and continuous support to facilitate the successful integration of Odoo solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications. Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, workflows, and system configurations for future consultation. Engage in project planning, timeline estimation, and resource allocation activities. Identify opportunities for process optimization and advise on optimal utilization of Odoo functionalities. Manage concurrent projects to ensure punctual delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain current knowledge of Odoo’s latest features, modules, and industry advancements to provide expert consultation.
