Job Description:The incumbent will be responsible for: 1. Contributing to the formulation and harmonization of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure measurability and alignment with strategic objectives; 2. Overseeing the execution of the annual performance appraisal process and assisting in the development of methodologies for evaluating performance against organizational goals; 3. Creating and maintaining job descriptions, job designs, and the organizational structure; 4. Developing strategies to attract high-caliber talent at the managerial level; 5. Supervising the recruitment process, encompassing candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling and execution, reference verification, and onboarding facilitation; 6. Designing and implementing efficient recruitment, interviewing, and hiring procedures to ensure a positive candidate experience; 7. Monitoring key performance indicators, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, to optimize recruitment processes; and 8. Conducting exit interviews to identify areas for organizational improvement and assess employee job satisfaction.
