Job Description:
- Identify and recommend organizational development needs in collaboration with the OD Manager.
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
- Oversee employee induction, orientation, and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration.
- Support managers in team career pathing, succession planning, and performance development.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness and impact of learning and development programs.
- Manage training budgets, contracts, and the procurement of learning materials and resources.
- Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on employee development initiatives.
- Support talent sourcing and collaborate with headhunters or recruitment channels as needed.
- Oversee recruitment activities to align with organizational development and workforce planning.
- Coordinate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Conduct training sessions when required to support organizational needs.
- Lead discussions with training providers and oversee program implementation to ensure quality and effectiveness.
