With a laser focus on KPIs, you will drive distribution across various channels, ensuring impressive volume, widespread distribution reach, and store-wise growth. You’ll be the driving force behind success, relentlessly pursuing increased prices and profitability.
Your expertise will extend to effectively aligning distributors with the sales growth plans. You’ll monitor their performance closely and collaborate to develop actionable strategies for accelerating growth, addressing gaps, and identifying exciting new opportunities. Additionally, your analytical skills will shine as you forecast sales by key customers, identify gaps, and propose innovative action plans.
Skills
Must Haves: To thrive in this role, you’ll need a minimum of 10+ years of sales experience in the FMCG distribution business. Your strong business acumen and analytical prowess will be key assets in driving success. You must possess an in-depth understanding of core business processes, including sales management, distributor management, and inventory management. Your daily monitoring of distributors’ performance against defined KPIs will ensure we stay on track.
