Mystery Shopper

We are looking for a Mystery Shopper to join our team in Mecca, Medina, Riyadh, of Saudi Arabia. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality of service and customer experience provided by various establishments. Your feedback will be crucial in helping businesses improve their operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Visit assigned establishments and interact with staff as a regular customer
2. Evaluate the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the establishment
3. Assess the level of customer service provided by the staff
4. Check if the staff is following company guidelines and protocols
5. Report on the overall customer experience, including wait times, product knowledge, and friendliness of staff
6. Document your findings in a detailed report
7. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement
8. Adhere to confidentiality and professionalism while conducting assignments

3. Is reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
4. Has the ability to work independently and follow instructions

8. Has a flexible schedule and can work during weekdays and weekends
