Job Description :

Handling received multibrands purchase orders from business units or customer.Review and validate the purchase order.Determine supplier and mode of transportation and initiate action.Expedite urgently needed emergency parts on back order at supplier premises through supplier channels.Reconcile Mantrac order system with supplier ordering system and business units ordering system.Handling all order status reports concerning outstanding parts for BU’s.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor of Business Management/ Commercial – English section.1-3 years of experience in the field.Fluent in English ( written & verbal )Good communication skills.Able to develop relationships with customers.Able to communicate with varying people levels / cultures.Capable to work with a team.
