**Mortgage Consultant Position:**

This role focuses on revenue generation through efficient submission and processing of client mortgage files. Responsibilities include:

* Prospecting and recruiting real estate agencies to the Huspy platform via networking, in-person engagement, and presentations.
* Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with agencies to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
* Acquiring mortgage clientele through partner networks and direct channels.
* Providing expert guidance to clients on bank products, policies, and processes, facilitating informed decision-making.
* Managing clients throughout the mortgage process, providing comprehensive support and oversight.
* Contributing to projects within the channel and the broader company.

Furthermore, Mortgage Consultants are expected to collaborate effectively with other teams, demonstrate innovative problem-solving skills, and offer compassionate support to colleagues.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

* Minimum of one year of mortgage experience in Dubai, with comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate and financial market.
* Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, with a proven record of achieving revenue targets.
* Solid background in mortgages and/or financial services, including comprehensive product knowledge.
* Established network of introducers within the real estate industry.
* Business development acumen, with the capacity to create new opportunities and expand pipelines.
* Sales-driven and revenue-motivated, consistently focused on achieving results.
* Exceptional client management skills, able to effectively manage expectations while providing high-quality, professional service.
