Job Description:The individual is responsible for the planning and execution of daily educational programs within a designated age group, encompassing the organization and facilitation of activities designed to foster the social, cognitive, and physical development of children. This includes providing diverse learning materials, establishing and maintaining classroom order through consistent behavioral guidelines, conducting reading sessions, and monitoring student progress in performance, behavior, social development, and physical well-being. Furthermore, the individual is responsible for identifying and reporting potential developmental or health concerns to supervisors, parents/guardians, and child development specialists, as well as engaging in parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress, needs, and collaborative support strategies. Adapting teaching methodologies and resources to accommodate individual student needs and interests, preparing required reports, organizing classroom materials, and participating in professional development activities are also integral responsibilities. Promoting proper hygiene and healthy eating habits, assisting children in transitioning into the school environment, establishing and communicating clear learning objectives, collaborating with colleagues on program development, and attending required meetings and committees are further components of this role.
