Mobility Innovations Principal Expert

Job PurposeThe role holder is responsible for guide the initiatives to research and analyze the emerging technologies which have direct or indirect impact on stc Mobility services, leading the design, deployment, and integration of new technologies such as 5G, IoT, and Open RAN. The role holder also involves developing and executing pilot projects, overseeing special projects for high-profile initiatives, and driving innovations to reduce CAPEX/OPEX and improve customer experience.. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedureJob ResponsibilityGuide the initiatives to research and analyze the emerging technologies which have direct or indirect impact on stc Mobility services business.Leading the adaptation, Design and deployment and Integration for all new innovated technologies including 5G Stand Alone, 5G private networks, IoT, RedCAP, OPEN RAN, Mobility NTNSatellite and other new technologies.Lead the development and execution of pilot projects to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of new technologies.Monitor and provide solution for Design and implementation of special projects like Royal requirements, railwaysmetors , airports, universities, EXPO, Megaprojects, RedSea, Neom,… etc. ensuring the latest technology adaptation and leadership position.Lead the Innovated solution for Mobility Services which aim to CAPEXOPEX reduction, Customer Experience Improvement and high efficiency by adopting latest Mobility solutions and technologies and leading the related Trials and PoC with existing and potential vendors.Job Responsibility (cont.)Lead Device Testing for both SW and HW and ensure following CST regulations and requirement for all devices provided by stc business units and subsidiariesConduct tests certificate and provide acceptance to manufacturers and notify CST.Ensure enhancing lab/facility to enable testing of different types of devices in alignment with relevant stakeholders.Oversee end-to-end management of Mobility services NHP and sharing projects, including full coordination with related internalexternal stakeholders including CST, Tawal, NHP providers, other Operators to cover all sharing and Neutral Hosting Mobility issues and requirements.Ensure End-to-End solution for Royal mobility solutions and have special track for all related requirements including new, expansion, modernization and end of service replacement and make sure it is tracked from budget to closing and HO with highest priority according to the required protocols and proceduresYears Of ExperienceA minimum of 8 yearsNature Of ExperiencePrior experience in Mobility Innovations within the Telecommunication industryJob BandSTP- Similar Director ManagerSkillsEducationBachelor Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or ElectronicsAdditional EducationCertifications
