**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Device Provisioning and Enrollment:** Manage the registration and enrollment of devices (Windows, iOS, Android) into Intune or co-management via SCCM/Autopilot. Develop and assign device and compliance profiles, configuration policies, and application packages.
* **Monitoring, Patching, and Reporting:** Monitor device health, generate update compliance reports, and develop basic dashboards/reports. Coordinate and implement patch-management cycles (Windows OS, firmware, mobile OS) through SCCM CB and Intune update rings.
* **Incident and Service-Request Handling:** Provide Level 1/Level 2 support, including troubleshooting connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), Active Directory group assignments, and client-side problems. Log, track, and resolve tickets within ServiceNow or Remedy, escalating complex issues to senior personnel as required.
* **Carrier and Asset Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for mobile carriers, coordinating activations, addressing billing inquiries, and managing device replacements. Maintain accurate asset inventory from procurement to decommissioning.
* **Documentation and Collaboration:** Develop and maintain runbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge-base articles for common tasks and known errors. Collaborate with networking, security, and application teams to troubleshoot cross-domain issues.

**Qualifications:**

* **Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. One to three years of experience in an IT support or Analyst I role, with exposure to SCCM and/or Intune/UEM platforms.
* **Technical Skills:** Demonstrated experience with SCCM Current Branch (CB) and Microsoft Intune (or equivalent UEM). Foundational knowledge of Windows OS administration and networking principles (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Subnetting). Familiarity with Active Directory group management and device-object lifecycle. Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ITSM/ticketing systems.

**Certifications:**

* **Required:** Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
* **Preferred:** CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Network+ Certification, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (Exam AZ-900).
