**Summary:**
We are seeking a highly meticulous and analytical MIS Analyst to manage, analyze, and report on data essential for informed business decisions. This role entails the creation, maintenance, and optimization of management reports, dashboards, and data systems to guarantee data accuracy and the provision of actionable insights. **Responsibilities:**
* Collect, analyze, and interpret extensive datasets from various internal systems.
* Generate and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly reports in accordance with business requirements.
* Develop automated dashboards and performance tracking tools utilizing platforms such as Excel and Power BI.
* Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process enhancement through data-driven analysis.
* Collaborate closely with departments including Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR to ascertain reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
* Maintain and refine existing MIS systems and processes to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
* Provide support to management in decision-making through the provision of ad-hoc analysis and actionable reports.
* Uphold data security, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.
* Document report generation procedures and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as an MIS Analyst or in a similar data/reporting role.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.).
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
