Job Description: **Microsoft Systems and Support Engineer (Temporary – 6 Months)**

**Position Summary:**

The incumbent will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive information technology support and the effective administration of Microsoft-based systems. This role encompasses the resolution of information technology incidents, the management of Microsoft 365 services, and the maintenance of uninterrupted operation within the enterprise information technology infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide end-user support for information technology related issues, encompassing the diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and network faults.
* Administer and maintain Microsoft systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments.
* Manage and support O365 Admin Center products, inclusive of MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune platforms.
* Implement and manage security protocols, user access permissions, and system configurations in accordance with organizational policies.
* Monitor system performance metrics, apply necessary updates, and ensure the sustained reliability of the information technology infrastructure.
* Assist in the execution of backup and disaster recovery procedures, as well as the management of information technology assets.

**Qualifications:**

* A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in information technology support and Microsoft system administration is required.
* Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365, encompassing O365 Admin Center, MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune.
* Practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure platforms.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting networking, system security, and endpoint management issues.
* Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
