Summer 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Supply Chain within the Retail industry. This role will be instrumental in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 F&O solutions for our retail clients. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of retail supply chain processes and a proven track record of successfully delivering D365 F&O solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitated workshops with retail clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 F&O. 
  • Configure and customize D365 F&O Supply Chain modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management) to meet specific retail client needs. 
  • Design and develop solutions to address unique retail supply chain challenges, such as omnichannel fulfillment, inventory optimization, and demand planning. 
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge the gap between “as-is” and “to-be” retail processes. 
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, including business requirements documents, functional design documents, and user manuals. 
  • Provide end-user training and support on D365 F&O Supply Chain functionalities. 
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration between D365 F&O and other systems. 
  • Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest D365 F&O features and functionalities, particularly those relevant to the retail industry. 
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, design documents, test plans, training materials, and user manuals. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on D365.

 

 

 

 

Skills:

Qualifications & Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.   
  • 4+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant, focusing on Supply Chain. 
  • Deep understanding of retail supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, warehousing, and logistics. 
  • Hands-on experience configuring and customizing D365 F&O Supply Chain modules. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.   
  • Experience working with retail clients is highly preferred. 
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
