Job Description:Within SEOUDI, the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Project Manager fulfills a pivotal role that extends beyond the mere oversight of installations. This position serves as a foundational element in the successful execution of construction endeavors. Responsibilities encompass: (1) comprehensive Project Management, including leading all project phases from inception to completion, meticulously managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, as well as developing and executing project plans, methodologies, and schedules aligned with organizational objectives and established standards; (2) diligent Contractor and Consultant Coordination, overseeing their activities to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and quality benchmarks, in addition to conducting regular stakeholder meetings to monitor progress, address potential challenges, and maintain alignment on project goals; (3) rigorous Technical Oversight, reviewing and approving MEP designs, drawings, and specifications to guarantee compliance with project requirements and industry regulations, while also providing technical guidance to project teams on MEP-related matters, promoting adherence to best practices and relevant codes; (4) proactive Client Relations, serving as the primary point of contact for the owner, representing client interests with technical contractors and consultants, and preparing and delivering detailed project updates and reports outlining progress, challenges, and potential scope adjustments; and (5) meticulous Budget Management, tracking MEP-related budgets, monitoring expenses, promoting cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle, and reviewing and approving contractor invoices and payment requests to ensure adherence to established budget constraints.
