**Medical Telesales Representative**
**Position Summary:**
We seek a highly motivated Medical Telesales Representative to engage with prospective patients and facilitate appointment scheduling at our clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our healthcare services.
**Responsibilities:**
* Initiate outbound telephone calls to contact prospective patients, conveying information regarding available services and encouraging appointment bookings.
* Employ consultative sales techniques to establish rapport with patients and recommend appropriate solutions based on their individual healthcare needs.
* Guide patients through the appointment scheduling process, highlighting the benefits of utilizing our clinic’s services.
* Conduct follow-up communications with prospective patients who have not yet scheduled appointments, addressing inquiries and reinforcing the value proposition.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and interaction logs within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the efficient and coordinated scheduling of patient appointments.
**Qualifications:**
* Demonstrated experience in telesales or customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry.
* Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
* Ability to articulate complex medical information in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
* Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and telecommunications technologies.
