Job Title: Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator
– Job Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
• Managing the company’s social media platforms and assisting in content planning.
• Handling incoming leads from ads and online platforms.
• Contacting doctors, explaining product details, installment options, delivery schedules, and payment process.
• Managing the company’s phone (a work mobile will be provided).
• Following up with doctors even after working hours when needed to finalize orders and maintain communication.
• Welcoming doctors/customers at the office when required.
• Supporting marketing campaigns, providing ideas, and contributing to the success of social media activities—not only executing tasks, but also suggesting improvements.
• Participating in events, campaigns, or exhibitions as needed.
