At Multicare Egypt for Pharmaceutical Industries, we believe that PEOPLE are the most important asset we have and people who can make the difference.In light of the above, We are hiring AMBASSADORS who have the potential of FUTURE LEADERS to join the team as Medical Representatives.———————————————————————————————————PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF PHARMACEUTICAL SALES IS MANDATED.———————————————————————————————————-Job Purpose:This position represents Multicare within an assigned territory with the goal of maximizing sales of a designated portfolio and positioning Multicare as one of the leading companies in healthcare sector in Egypt.Vacancy:Designation: Medical RepresentativeTerritory: Heliopolis Grade: A01/A03Reporting: First Line Sale ManagerA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Business Knowledge:Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies including Multicare products, strategies, skills and organizationUnderstand regional and territory’s business objectives and strategies through participating in Cycle and Sales MeetingsAttend business meetings and team building activities, share professional promotion experiences, market intelligence with the team and support manager to achieve overall team objectivesProactively participate in business knowledge and skills learning as required by the company. And effectively apply knowledge and skills into day to day professional promotion activitiesUnderstand customer medical diagnosis and application on GSK brands, submit reports as required by the company in a timely mannerEstablish and develop professional relationship with customers- Build a constructive and effective external networkDetail products in priorities of customers specialty and type of patient profiles2. Strategy Implementation:Execute the visiting plan to determined targeting, coverage and frequency targetsBuild relationships with target customers to gain product endorsement to generate salesManage multiple tasks and projects at the same time in accordance with the deadlines and objectives as stated in the Sales Action PlanProvide the customers with the needed information and servicesEvaluate and interpret sales results of own products and territoryEvaluate all activities based on ROI3. Territory Management:Timely and correctly record related information into CRM system per company standards (like call frequency and coverage, meetings, and medical information provision quality, etc). Support manager to ensure the efficiency of systems and processes that enable field-force performance to be reviewed and assessed in both qualitative and quantitative meansOrganize and attend a fixed number of “events” focusing on the company’s strategic intentAct in line with territory ownership spirit and mind setProvide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededGive complete, comprehensible and accurate feedback containing all significant events in the territory

Job Requirements :

B.Qualification/Knowledge/Experience:Level of education: Life Science Degree (Pharmacy, Veterinary or Science)Experience : Previous experience of Pharmaceutical promotion is essentialLanguage : Good command of EnglishIT Literacy : Basic knowledge of MS-OfficeC.Competencies and Behaviors:Drive for results: the drive to put energy into achieving results and take actions to exceed goalsClear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholdersPlanning and prioritizing: ability to identify needs to be done and to develop an appropriate action plan in order to accomplish an objective and to monitor progress against itAble to cope with stress and changeA sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding sales, influencing and relationship-building skillsTeamwork and co-operation: the willingness to work co-operatively and supportively with your colleagues.
