**Location:** Alexandria and surrounding governorates, with anticipated future opportunities in Cairo, the Delta region, and Upper Egypt.

**Reports to:** Regional Sales Manager

**Position Summary:**

SFN Pharma, an Egyptian pharmaceutical and cosmetician company distinguished by its commitment to premium, science-backed products such as Symphony Collagen Serum, U.G.C. Collagen Powder, and Black Seed Oil Capsules, is currently seeking a Medical Representative. As SFN Pharma expands its national presence, we are developing a high-caliber field force to educate healthcare professionals and accelerate market penetration.

The Medical Representative will serve as the scientific representative of SFN Pharma within the assigned territory, responsible for driving demand generation and establishing strong professional relationships with dermatologists, pharmacists, nutritionists, beauty clinics, and key retail partners. The successful candidate will integrate clinical knowledge with commercial understanding to strategically position our exclusive product portfolio as the preferred choice for skin, hair, and wellness solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Scientific Detailing:** Conduct evidence-based product presentations, in-clinic consultations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) events.
* **Sales & Target Achievement:** Execute monthly call plans, achieve prescription (Rx) and sell-out targets, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* **Market Intelligence:** Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and Healthcare Professional (HCP) feedback, providing actionable insights to marketing and Research & Development (R&D) teams.
* **Event Activation:** Support participation in conferences, beauty expos, and consumer activations; coordinate sample distribution and booth setup.
* **Territory Management:** Maintain an up-to-date customer database, optimize routing strategies, and ensure comprehensive coverage of priority accounts.
* **Compliance & Pharmacovigilance:** Adhere to SFN Pharma’s Code of Ethics, maintain a detailed adverse-event logbook, and escalate any reported incidents within 24 hours.

**Qualifications:**

* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or a related health science field.
* **Experience:** Zero to three years of experience as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist in the cosmetics, dermo-cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical sectors. Recent graduates with demonstrable sales experience through extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
* **Technical Skills:** A strong understanding of skin physiology, nutritional science, and Over-The-Counter (OTC) regulations.
* **Soft Skills:** Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; a data-driven approach.
* **Languages:** Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
