The Medical & Healthcare Director shall assume responsibility for the direction and oversight of all clinical operations, patient safety protocols, medical compliance mandates, and healthcare strategy implementation across iVein Clinics. This executive role is accountable for ensuring the provision of superior, patient-centric care that adheres strictly to regulatory standards, upholds clinical excellence, and aligns with established operational objectives.

**Principal Duties and Responsibilities:**

* **Clinical Governance:** Provide leadership and supervision to all medical departments and healthcare professionals within the iVein Clinics network. Establish and rigorously monitor standards of medical care, clinical pathways, and treatment protocols. Champion the adoption of evidence-based practices and facilitate continuous clinical improvement initiatives.
* **Operational Management:** Align medical operations with overarching organizational objectives and ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Human Resources and senior management in the recruitment, credentialing, and performance evaluation of physicians and clinical staff. Oversee clinic expansion projects, service line development initiatives, and cross-functional coordination efforts.
* **Quality Assurance and Patient Safety:** Guarantee adherence to all relevant local and international healthcare standards and accreditation criteria (e.g., JCI, CBAHI, MOH). Direct quality assurance programs and clinical audit processes. Address patient safety concerns promptly and proactively support risk mitigation strategies.
* **Strategic Planning and Development:** Formulate and implement short-term and long-term healthcare strategies designed to promote clinic growth. Steer the launch of new services, patient outreach programs, and the integration of specialized innovations (e.g., vascular care, minimally invasive procedures). Represent the clinic’s interests in medical boards, industry conferences, and regulatory interactions.
* **Stakeholder Relations:** Serve as the principal point of contact between physicians, executive leadership, and external stakeholders. Analyze patient satisfaction reports and spearhead service enhancement programs. Provide guidance and mentorship to medical staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development.
