Job Description:Our organization is experiencing significant growth and seeks to recruit a **Medical Device Sales Representative**. We are therefore seeking a dedicated and resourceful Medical Devices Sales Representative to join our dynamic team (From the following Governorates: **Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Beheira, Sharqia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Mansoura, Minya, Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Aswan**).

**Responsibilities:**

* Promote the company’s products to existing clientele and cultivate new customer relationships.
* Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and provide thorough explanations to customers.
* Implement the approved sales policy and adhere to all directives pertinent to the role.
* Generate sales opportunities for the company’s product portfolio.
* Ensure optimal customer satisfaction with products and services rendered.
* Maintain consistent communication with clients and ensure proper handling and delivery of products.
* Submit regular reports on market competition, including pricing, promotions, new product introductions, advertising activities, and instances of customer attrition.
* Encourage regular product utilization among customers.
* Conduct field-based client follow-up activities.
* Submit periodic reports to the sales supervisor, detailing achievements, deferred tasks, and justifications for delays.
* Coordinate with departments such as maintenance, sales solutions, supplies, and collections to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
* Collaborate with after-sales service colleagues to address client needs post-sale.
* Actively pursue the collection of outstanding payments from clients.
* Propose innovative strategies and concepts derived from direct market engagement.

Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Science, Agriculture, Veterinary or equivalent.
  • Experience from 1-3 Years 
  • Excellent command of English Language.
  • Very Good level of using MS. Office and computer.
  • Proven work experience as a medical sales representative
  • Ability to build productive professional business relationships
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in creating and delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • BS/BA degree in relevant field
