Job Description:The primary responsibilities encompass overseeing the execution of central account activities to guarantee adherence to internal regulations, legal mandates, and contractual obligations with external parties concerning billing, payments, contracts, accruals, and associated transactions. This includes conducting comparative analyses of claim costs and income distribution against established benchmarks, actively monitoring rejection rates to identify and rectify recurring issues, implementing robust accounting and financial reporting systems to deliver precise and timely consolidated reports for informed decision-making and follow-up actions, managing claim processing activities to ensure revenue maximization, supervising RCM Specialist collection activities to ensure compliance with agreements, analyzing accounts receivable reports to facilitate financial equilibrium, guaranteeing optimal customer service in billing and collection processes, ensuring accurate and compliant data entry for billing and preauthorization, and diligently managing all claim-related activities within the hospital.
Skills:
- Not less That 4 to 5 years of experience in Medical Claims
- Not less than 1 year experience in Supervisor Position
- Medicine Graduates is highly preferred
- High level of leadership and Communication Skills
- Experience with KSA Market will be an Asset
- Ex health insurance companies or Hospitals is mandatory
