**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Reducing the mean time to repair (MTTR) on production lines through proactive on-site presence.
* Analyzing and reporting anomalies, with the potential to complete notifications M1, M2, and M3 within the PM system and confirm orders.
* Conducting scheduled mechanical and/or predictive route inspections as planned and requested.
* Collaborating with supervisors and the Maintenance Engineering department to develop tools for expediting maintenance services.
* Executing scheduled maintenance tasks.
* Adhering to Kanban planning principles and maintaining accurate updates according to established standards.
* Providing feedback for planning optimization, scheduling improvements, and backlog reduction.
* Diagnosing the root cause of mechanical malfunctions or failures in operational equipment and performing preventative and corrective maintenance.
* Complying with all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and safe working procedures, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment and adherence to emergency and evacuation protocols.
* Ensuring personal safety and the safety of others by avoiding willful or reckless endangerment.
* Assisting with the preparation of risk assessments.
* Reporting any EHS hazards, incidents, or issues.
* Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S principles in the workplace.
* Adhering to BRF’s Sustainability Policy guidelines and contributing to the BRF Sustainability Plan through daily activities that promote compliance with global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments, thereby ensuring alignment between actions and sustainable development throughout the BRF value chain.
**Academic Background:**
* High School Certificate or equivalent technical qualification.
