Job Description:The individual is responsible for the following:

* Ensuring the timely provision of all required technical documentation, including drawings, manuals, and instructions.
* **Managing and meticulously overseeing the quantity surveying process for all completed works.**
* Tracking and managing documentation pertaining to claims and variation orders.
* Ensuring thorough consultant review and approval of all utilized drawings, documentation, and records.
* Guaranteeing the effective execution of the Project Quality Plan.
* Developing a comprehensive time schedule juxtaposing executed work progress with the planned schedule.
* Monitoring client invoice payments and maintaining a detailed payment log.
* Generating monthly reports detailing the status of completed work.
* Identifying and implementing necessary corrective actions to address any identified deficiencies.
* Preparing and verifying the accuracy of client invoices.
* **Preparing and verifying the accuracy of subcontractor invoices.**
* **Reviewing and closely monitoring the progress of shop drawings.**
* Reviewing and tracking the project’s time schedule while effectively controlling project costs.
* Reviewing and monitoring material requests, ensuring effective control of material takeoff for construction purposes.
