Job Description:The incumbent is responsible for the comprehensive implementation and monitoring of all mechanical works on-site, adhering to approved drawings, methodologies, and safety regulations. This includes the coordination and prioritization of daily mechanical work (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing) in accordance with the project plan, ensuring efficient execution with high quality in conjunction with other disciplines. They are to guarantee adherence to project standards and specifications in collaboration with the Quality Control Engineer, and facilitate the handover of completed mechanical work to the project consultant and MEP Manager. Furthermore, they are responsible for estimating resource requirements (manpower, materials, equipment) and recommending optimal construction methodologies to the MEP Manager. This also includes issuing purchase orders for necessary materials, managing mechanical work groups, assigning and monitoring targets, submitting required reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable standards. Finally, they will proactively address any unforeseen technical issues or challenges arising on-site.
