The incumbent is responsible for supporting sales initiatives and campaigns as directed by the Sales Manager. Responsibilities include the development and execution of sales plans within the existing customer base and assigned competitive accounts, with the objective of meeting established profit growth targets. The incumbent will establish and maintain relationships with customers, collaborating closely with both current and prospective clients to understand their business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation strategies to sustain and expand sales. Furthermore, the incumbent will cultivate and manage strong relationships with key accounts, providing timely technical support to customers and representatives via phone, email, and on-site visits. They will recommend appropriate product solutions based on customer application requirements, provide competitive product information, and negotiate contract terms. The role also entails coordinating sales projects, diligently following up on requests for information (RFIs) regarding technical specifications, submitting material technical submittals and providing material take-offs for mechanical systems, and maintaining the customer database. The incumbent is required to submit weekly progress reports, attend industry events, and share product quality, marketing, and market intelligence with relevant internal stakeholders. Finally, the incumbent will actively participate in the resolution and reporting of any technical difficulties or challenges that may arise.
