Job Description:Undertake the following responsibilities:

Execute scheduled and preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery to optimize operational efficiency and minimize equipment downtime. Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and implement effective remedial solutions to promptly restore equipment functionality. Develop and administer maintenance schedules in accordance with operational necessities and mandated safety protocols. Oversee and collaborate with internal maintenance personnel and external service providers during repair and overhaul procedures. Maintain meticulous records pertaining to maintenance interventions, equipment performance metrics, and repair histories. Ensure strict adherence to corporate safety regulations and relevant regulatory benchmarks throughout all maintenance activities. Engage with engineering and production departments to ascertain opportunities for equipment modernization and process enhancement. Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses of persistent mechanical problems and recommend appropriate corrective measures. Manage the inventory of spare parts and coordinate procurement processes to guarantee the accessibility of essential components. Offer technical assistance and training to junior maintenance staff and equipment operators.
