Job Description:**Option 1 (Focus on Recruitment):**

This position will be based at our new sustainable campus in Dubai, consolidating our commercial, manufacturing, and support functions to accommodate future growth.

**Position Overview:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for the mechanical design, assembly, and operation of automated machines, encompassing a range of tasks including:

* Mechanical design, assembly, and wiring of machines and plants.
* Maintenance of mechanical and electronic systems.
* Creation of machine safety and data concepts.
* Design and optimization of automation solutions utilizing PLC controllers, robotics, industrial image processing, and related technologies.
* Programming and commissioning of PLC controllers, safety controllers, and HMI systems.
* Integration of robotic systems into existing production processes.
* Functional and performance testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of control programs.
* Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials.
* Collaboration in modernization and expansion projects.
* Support in training new employees.
* Introduction of Industry 4.0 technologies.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial automation.
* Proficiency in CAD and SPS/HMI systems. Experience with cam-controlled machines (Bihler preferred, Wafios, Finzer acceptable) is highly desirable.
* Demonstrated quick comprehension, continuous learning aptitude, and willingness to work shifts and travel are required.

**Additional Requirements:**

The position requires a 6-month training period in Europe and necessitates travel flexibility.
