Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our factory workshop team. The ideal candidate acts as the bridge between design and manufacturing, possessing strong expertise in SolidWorks/AutoCAD design and the practical operation of CNC Lathe and Milling machines. You will play a critical role in the production of spare parts, the manufacturing of dies (sheet metal, Zamak, and plastic), and general workshop management.

CNC Operations & Programming: Program, set up, and operate CNC Lathe and Milling machines (specifically Okuma) to produce high-precision spare parts and components.

Design & Engineering: Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create detailed 2D drafts and 3D models for parts, molds, and tooling.

Mold Manufacturing: Oversee and execute the manufacturing and maintenance of sheet metal dies, Zamak injection molds, and plastic molds.

Workshop Management: Manage daily workshop activities, ensuring equipment is maintained and operations run smoothly with minimal downtime.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues, perform mold repairs, and resolve technical challenges on the production floor.
