Job Description:**Option 1:**
The incumbent is responsible for adherence to the directives of the Engineer and the Head of the Maintenance and Workshop Department; submission of reports to the Department Head detailing completed tasks; prompt response to and rectification of emergent malfunctions; coordination of departmental personnel and scheduling of technicians; management of employee vacation schedules within the department; submission of performance and efficiency reports to the Department Head; execution of routine machine inspections; adherence to work schedules, mitigating delays; compliance with the preventative maintenance plan; submission of machine condition reports to the Department Head; and ensuring the integrity of training and development initiatives for maintenance technicians and assistants.
Skills:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
- Experience: 4-8 years experience in the same
