Possesses comprehensive knowledge in the design and shop-drawing preparation of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems, ensuring adherence to the Saudi Building Code (SBC 501) and relevant international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC). Responsibilities include overseeing mechanical drawings, designs, and technical specifications, coordinating with architectural, structural, and electrical design teams, monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion and quality control, and implementing energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience,
- Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit is must
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
