Job Description:**Education Consultant Responsibilities**

The Education Consultant is responsible for the following duties:

* Providing individualized and small group academic support in core subjects to enhance student comprehension and academic performance.
* Assisting students with homework and assignments to cultivate effective study habits and time management skills.
* Regularly assessing student progress and communicating findings to the Center Manager and parents as necessary.
* Preparing comprehensive reports following each tutoring session to document student performance, areas requiring improvement, and pertinent feedback for parents or guardians.
* Serving as a mentor and role model, offering guidance and support to foster student confidence and resilience.
* Collaborating closely with the Center Manager and other staff to ensure alignment of tutoring strategies with instructional methodologies and learning objectives.
* Engaging with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns or inquiries.
* Participating in company-provided training sessions and workshops to refine tutoring skills and remain current on educational best practices.
* Conducting engaging and interactive tutoring sessions, both in-person and online.
* Maintaining a positive and professional learning environment.
