Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive math curriculum aligned with educational standards and learning objectives.
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive math lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Teach fundamental math concepts, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and calculus, using a variety of instructional strategies and resources.
- Foster a growth mindset and a love for mathematics by creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
- Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students, including those with diverse learning styles, backgrounds, and abilities.
- Integrate technology and real-world applications into math instruction to enhance student engagement and relevance.

Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure for mathematics education preferred.
- Previous experience teaching mathematics at the middle or high school level.
- Strong knowledge of math concepts and instructional strategies across various grade levels.
- Ability to communicate complex math concepts clearly and effectively to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students to excel in mathematics.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and adjust instruction as needed.
- Proficiency in using technology tools and resources to enhance math instruction and student learning.
