Job Description:iPS Powerful People invites experienced Offshore Masters to submit their applications for consideration in upcoming global projects. This is a proactive talent pool initiative, not related to a specific vacancy, designed to identify and connect with qualified professionals prepared to mobilize and assume command of offshore vessels. The successful candidates will be responsible for the overall command of offshore vessels, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of all onboard operations. Key responsibilities encompass: commanding offshore vessels in accordance with international maritime regulations and company procedures; ensuring safe navigation, vessel maneuvering, and optimal operational performance; overseeing crew management, training, and onboard discipline; maintaining compliance with client requirements and HSE standards; coordinating with onshore teams, clients, and project stakeholders; and leading emergency response drills and safety briefings. Essential requirements include: prior experience as Master on offshore vessels (e.g., AHTS, PSV, DSV); a valid STCW Master certification; a valid offshore medical certificate; demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage multicultural crews; a strong safety-conscious approach; and excellent communication skills. Flexibility and availability for international assignments are also required.
