Marketing Specialist

1. Content & Digital Presence

• Content Creation: Write and edit B2B-focused content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and email newsletters.

2.Social Media

• Manage corporate SM  accounts, focusing on thought leadership and community engagement.
• Website Management: Basic updates to the website CMS  to ensure messaging is current and optimized for SEO.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages and coordinate with the sales team to respond to all inquiries.
• Collaborate and manage a graphic designer for the direction and execution of all social media materials.
• Responsible for posting and creating social media calendars. 
• Demand Generation & Campaigns: Paid Media: Assist in managing PPC campaigns (LinkedIn Ads/Google Ads) to drive high-quality MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).

3. Events & Sales enablement 

• Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, promotion, registration, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Help the sales team by monitoring leads and regularly ordering giveaways for them 

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Performance Tracking: Track and report on KPIs such as conversion rates, website traffic, and campaign ROI.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and conduct on-demand research

5. Any other tasks

• Perform other related duties and administrative tasks as assigned to support the marketing department and leadership team
