The organization seeks a highly motivated and innovative Marketing Specialist to contribute to its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of comprehensive online and offline marketing strategies, as well as the oversight of public relations and event management activities. This role is critical to the organization’s growth and brand visibility, and the ideal candidate will possess a demonstrable passion for marketing, coupled with a proven record of success in leading marketing initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing both online and offline channels, to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
2. Collaborate with creative teams to develop branding concepts, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copy.
3. Manage and optimize the organization’s online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
4. Create and curate engaging content for digital channels, including videos/reels, infographics, and social media posts.
5. Plan and execute advertising campaigns across diverse online platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.
6. Conduct market research to identify prevailing trends, competitors, and customer preferences, and leverage these insights to refine marketing strategies.
7. Manage public relations activities, maintain existing partnerships, and establish new collaborative relationships.
8. Organize and execute events, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency in messaging and brand representation across all marketing collateral.
10. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, employing relevant metrics and data to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
11. Remain current on industry trends, marketing tools, and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
2. Demonstrable experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a comparable role.
3. Comprehensive understanding of both online and offline marketing strategies, with a documented history of successful campaign execution.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
