    Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities,
  • Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Monitoring competitor activity,
  • Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives,
  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events,
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas,
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness,
  • Prepare and execute a social media marketing plan, and Account Moderation,
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns,
  • Translate clients’ vision for online marketing into coherent digital marketing strategies,
  • Meet clients and gather their marketing objectives & requirements,
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs,

The intern will learn:

The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, creating compelling content, analyzing market trends, and optimizing digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity with data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful results and align with business goals. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills are essential.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
