A leading cosmetics marketplace, is seeking a Marketing Retention Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer retention and growth within our marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, data analysis, and a passion for the cosmetics industry. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute retention marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Leverage customer data to identify opportunities to improve retention and personalize the customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective email and mobile campaigns. Analyze retention metrics and provide insights to inform strategy and tactics. Manage CRM system, including segmentation, email templates, and campaign management. Develop and implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to continually improve retention tactics. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in retention marketing.
