**Responsibilities:**
* Formulate and execute procurement strategies specific to designated categories, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Identify and assess prospective suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, capacity, financial soundness, and historical performance.
* Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to discern optimal practices, emerging trends, and prospects for cost reduction and value enhancement.
* Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct negotiations to obtain competitive pricing and advantageous terms of agreement.
* Oversee the contract lifecycle, encompassing renewals, amendments, and terminations.
* Monitor supplier performance in accordance with contractual stipulations and established service level agreements (SLAs).
* Establish and maintain robust, collaborative relationships with key suppliers.
* Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations to pinpoint areas for enhancement and stimulate ongoing improvement in supplier capabilities.
* Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives and value-added opportunities across assigned expenditure categories.

Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field.
Experience
- From 1 to 3 years in indirect procurement role.
- Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts for indirect goods and services.
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices and sourcing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of marketing services category spend and associated procurement challenges.
- Experience working with agencies and managing complex negotiations.
