Scope:
The Marketing Manager – Sports Facility Specialty at Abu Soma Development Company is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the visibility, utilization, and commercial performance of the company’s sports facilities. This role focuses on promoting sports venues, programs, memberships, and events while ensuring strong brand positioning and high levels of customer and community engagement. The Marketing Manager works closely with operations, events, partnerships, and digital teams to drive participation, revenue generation, and overall facility growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to sports facilities, programs, and membership offerings.
- Lead targeted campaigns to promote sports academies, training sessions, recreational activities, and facility rentals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sports participation insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Ensure consistent sports facility branding across all digital and offline communication channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visuals, videos, and promotional content for sports facilities.
- Monitor brand positioning and recommend improvements to strengthen competitiveness in the sports market.
- Oversee social media calendars, sports-related content creation, and community-building campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC, and email marketing targeting athletes, families, and sports groups.
- Track digital performance analytics and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
- Plan and execute marketing for sports events, tournaments, leagues, and community engagement initiatives.
- Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations with sports associations, academies, and influencers.
- Coordinate promotional activities and seasonal campaigns to increase facility footfall and membership engagement.
- Implement customer retention strategies, loyalty programs, and membership communication plans.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and sports facility market research.
- Prepare regular performance reports to optimize marketing strategy and enhance ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and expenditure optimization.
- Track campaign performance, revenue impact, and return on marketing investment.
- Work closely with operations, sales, and events teams to ensure marketing alignment with facility objectives.
