About the job Marketing Manager (Consumer Durables)Our client is a leading player in the mattress manufacturing and retail industry in Dubai, UAE, with 30 years of expertise in the industry. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in Dubai.The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand growth, market share, and customer engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of marketing, including brand management, market analysis, product development, digital marketing, and more.Responsibilities:Design comprehensive marketing plans for each brand, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.Evaluate SKU performance and devise strategies to stimulate growth, implementing measures as needed.Analyze brand performance across different markets and devise actionable plans to achieve growth targets.Monitor competitors’ activities, recommend countermeasures, and stay updated with market trends to maintain a competitive edge.Present well-structured business plans for the introduction of new products or product lines.Organize and conduct training programs to enhance product knowledge among Sales Executives and Dealer Salesmen.Oversee all Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, ensuring effective implementation to maximize brand exposure.Collaborate closely with agencies, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives and evaluating agency performance regularly.Evaluate agency contributions and present detailed monthly reports to the Management.Collaborate with the Production department to develop new products that cater to market demands.Lead and manage all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, Google ads, and other online campaigns.Implement strategies to enhance brand image through various activities and initiatives.Lead the launch of new products in coordination with the Sales department.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to contribute significantly to the company’s progress.Provide regular market updates to the Management to support informed decision-making.Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance across marketing activities.Implement strategies to achieve higher realization for all brands and products.Successfully complete special assignments as assigned by the Management.Develop and maintain the company website, ensuring it is updated with the latest information and features.Submit monthly reports by the 5th of each month, detailing completed activities, contributions, and pending actions.Create a visually appealing and brand-aligned showroom environment.Collaborate with contractors to ensure brand-aligned interior designs for new showrooms.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field Proven experience with 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, and strategy development in a Consumer Durable Company.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and competitive data.Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, SEO, and online advertising platforms.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.Strong organizational and project management skills.Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.Location: Dubai Investment Park 1
