Job Description:

  • To develop brand strategies in line with corporate objectives in respect of volume, contribution and brand volume.
  • To prepare and gain approval for annual brand plans supported by expenditure budgets.
  • To develop effective working relationships with Sales, Operation & Product Development in order to facilitate the exchange of brand information and to promote commitment to and implementation of the brand strategies.
  • To establish and control brand standards in the areas of product, packaging, price, advertising and other communications.
  • To manage all aspects of brand communication
  • Controlling and implementing the brand communication budget
  • To monitor and evaluate all brand expenditure activities providing recommendations for the future
  • To identify, gain approval for and manage new brand development projects which will satisfy consumer needs and hence contribute to future corporate growth and profit objectives.
  • Manage and drive brand portfolio through brand and sales teams.
  • Closely manage the agency staff and other third party suppliers to deliver and execute brand plans.
  • Ensure optimization of all development and implementation spends.
  • Keep team focused to achieve key milestones and drive high performance from the team.

  • Sales exposure/experience is a plus
  • Project management.
  • MBA is preferable.
