Job Description:
Merossa is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead its brand-building and growth journey in the Egyptian mattress industry. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with deep experience in brand development, e-commerce marketing, and team management.
You will be responsible for:
Creating and executing branding and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
Leading a cross-functional marketing team (media buyer, content creator, designer, and customer service rep).
Driving traffic, engagement, and sales through performance marketing, content, and campaign management.
Overseeing the marketing funnel end-to-end, from awareness to conversion and retention.
Coordinating with the executive team to ensure the marketing efforts are driving measurable business growth.

Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in D2C/e-commerce brands.
- Strong portfolio of brand-building and online growth success.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce strategy, online funnels, and customer acquisition tactics.
- Hands-on experience in managing and leading a marketing team.
- Solid knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Experience working with or managing Shopify stores is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a performance-driven mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
