Job Description:The incumbent is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives to achieve corporate objectives across all product and service categories. This includes developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, evaluating the financial viability of product development, formulating pricing strategies, managing media campaigns, defining product specifications and launch plans, negotiating distribution contracts, monitoring market trends, managing company events, developing online marketing strategies, and ensuring brand compliance.
Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
- Wide and deep experience providing expert competence (Over 10 years to 15
years )
