The Marketing Manager at Tilal Properties is responsible for the strategic design, implementation and management of a range of on-line & off-line communication strategies targeting investors/buyers engagement. This will be achieved through a combination of corporate communications, public affairs, press office and e-marketing development communication strategies.
This role will work with client teams, internal advertising, and public relations teams to provide recommendations for campaign platforms and digital tactics, provide counsel on digital trends, and ensure consistency across all communication and objectives and will report directly to the General Manager.
• Manage marketing activities and materials according to budgets and the company’s branding and marketing strategy.
• Develop and implement strategic communications planning for promotion of the company brand image and marketing content;
• Work with the Head of Sales & Marketing to devise effective ATL, BTL and Digital marketing concepts and campaigns and manage the corporate branding;
• Ability to conduct competitive assessments of market, industry, and competitors to then translate data into effective social campaigns;
• Develop/maintain social media profiles and quality content on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn;
• Liaise and manage media and advertising agencies on all the company’s branding, advertising and communications requirements;
• Develop other, relevant social media outlets to support and expand the company’s digital presence;
Act as a brand guardian to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to by all suppliers, partners and company employees;
• Provide strategic support to the sales team to create results oriented lead generation marketing campaigns that increase sales profit;
• Recruitment and maintenance of media partnerships;
• Manage PR and press relations, Company’s Events, Exhibitions and tradeshows;
• Managing the company’s website updates and provide content management support
